General Questions
Do you provide the items for the engraving?
We do not hold any ready stock of any items on hand.
If you have an item in mind, we might be able to source for the items from local vendors.
What materials can be engraved?
We are able to laser engrave almost all materials. They include Metals, Glass, Wood, Leather, Plastic and Denim
What items can be engraved?
Typical items that are suitable for events are drinking glasses, leather travel accessories, metal tumblers and aluminum power banks.
If you have your own item that you intend to engrave, feel free to contact us and we will advise you further
What is the maximum item dimension that can be engraved?
Flat metallic pieces should not exceed the dimensions of 30cm (Length) X 40cm (Breadth)
Cylindrical pieces should not exceed 9cm (Diameter) X 21cm (Height)
Are there any limitations for the engraving?
While there are no limitations in general, we will usually advise to restrict the number of letters, fonts and logos during events to streamline the event flow
If I want to engrave text, what kind of font is possible to engrave?
We can use any font that is available on google font
If you have any corporate fonts, you will need to send us the TTF/OTF font file for us to access it
If I want to engrave logo/line-art, what kind of logo/line-art and file format is possible to engrave?
We can only engrave monograms in single color (eg. Black and white logo). We are NOT able to engrave full colored/greyscale logos
Vector files like EPS/AI/PDF will give the best results. If you only have a JPG/PNG file, we will need to check if the resolution is suitable for engraving
What should I do if I am unsure if my item can be engraved?
If you are unsure if your intended item can be laser engraved, feel free to contact us through our contact form

No cladding is required
Our machine is self standing at chest height
How much floor space is required?
We require a floor space for one machine (75cm X 75cm), and a table for laptop operation (60cm X 30cm)
What are the electrical requirements?
We require one power socket near the machine
Each machine setup will consume no more than 900W
What is the estimated engraving time for each item?
The actual engraving time varies based on the size of the text. Engraving on a flat item can be completed within 10-20 seconds; while a cylindrical engraving (bottles, glasses) will take about a minute or so
What is the maximum output per machine per hour?
While the engraving itself takes seconds to complete, there will be some additional time taken to align each new item and to get the engraving details from the guests
Assuming the engraving takes a minute or so, the output will usually be about 40+ per hour
