Glass Engraving
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes! We do not supply any items so you will need to provide the item yourself
What kind of glass can and cannot be engraved?
Any regular or crystal glass which is flat or cylindrical can be engraved
We highly discourage lead crystal or hand blown glass as there is a high risk that it might crack under the heat from the engraving
Borosillicate/heat resistant glass and tempered glass cannot be engraved
What is the maximum item dimension that can be engraved?
Cylindrical items should not exceed 9cm (Diameter) X 21cm (Height)
Flat items should not exceed the dimensions of 40cm (Length) X 30cm (Breadth) X 10cm (Height)
Maximum engraving area is 30cm X 40cm
What is the finish of laser-engraved glass like?
Laser engraving or etching on glass produces a frosted white finish that is unique and different from sand blasting
Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
There is no MOQ! We cater to both individual orders (like a single personalized gift) and high-volume corporate orders (like branded glassware for events)
What can I engrave on glass?
It is possible to laser engrave logos, line art and texts
Uneven surfaces will result in an uneven engraving
If I want to engrave text, what kind of font is possible to engrave?
We can use any font that is available on google font
If you have any corporate fonts, you will need to send us the TTF/OTF font file for us to access it
If I want to engrave logo/line-art, what kind of logo/line-art and file format is possible to engrave?
We can only engrave monograms in single color (eg. Black and white logo). We are NOT able to engrave full colored/greyscale logos
Vector files like EPS/AI/PDF will give the best results. If you only have a JPG/PNG file, we will need to check if the resolution is suitable for engraving
What should I do if I am unsure if my item can be engraved?

Metal Engraving
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes! We do not supply any items so you will need to provide the item yourself
What kind of metal can and cannot be engraved?
Almost all metals ranging from Stainless steel, to Brass and Aluminum can be laser engraved
What is the maximum item dimension that can be engraved?
Flat metallic pieces should not exceed the dimensions of 30cm (Length) X 40cm (Breadth)
Cylindrical pieces should not exceed 9cm (Diameter) X 21cm (Height)
Maximum engraving area is 10cm X 10cm
What is the finish of laser-engraved metal like?
Raw metals may have a black or white finish over the laser engraved surface
For coated metals, you will be able to choose either have the similar black finish as raw metal or just leaving the finishing being the base colour of the metal underneath the coating
Anodized metals will not have a black finish but will change in colour upon engraving. However, the colour of the finishing will depend on the base colour of the metal

Plastic Engraving
Can I bring my own item for engraving?
Yes! We do not supply any items so you will need to provide the item yourself
What kind of plastic can and cannot be engraved?
Plastics ranging from plastics like Acrylic, to Polycarbonate (PC) and Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) can be laser engraved
Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) and Polyvinyllidene Chloride (PVDC) plastic cannot be laser engraved
What is the maximum item dimension that can be engraved?
Flat pieces should not exceed the dimensions of 40cm (Length) X 30cm (Breadth) X 9.5cm (Thk)
Cylindrical pieces should not exceed 9cm (Diameter) X 21cm (Height)
Maximum engraving area is 30cm X 40cm
What is the finish of laser-engraved plastic like?
Cast acrylic engraving will result in a frosted effect. Polycarbonate engraving will have a dark grey finish. Coated plastics will reveal the color of the plastic beneath the coat.
Most other plastics will show no change in colour but will instead give a depth to the engraving.

Any type of wood ranging from chip board to cork board and even solid wood can be laser engraved
What is the maximum item dimension that can be engraved?
Flat pieces should not exceed the dimensions of 40cm (Length) X 30cm (Breadth) X 9.5cm (Thk)
Cylindrical pieces should not exceed 9cm (Diameter) X 21cm (Height)

What is the finish of laser-engraved wood like?
Different type of woods may have different depth of engraving colour and effects
Chipboard and cork-board will have a more “burnt” and darker finish while solid wood are more resistant to burning and hence, a more tamed finish

Different materials will have different finishing. If you are want to know more about the finishing of your intended material after laser engraving, feel free to contact us
