Customizzare respects the privacy and confidentiality of our customer’s personal data. We have taken steps to safeguard personal data entrusted to us by our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Commission’s Data Protection Obligations.

Customizzare does not collect information unless it is provided by you voluntarily when contacting us, ordering a product or registering an account on through our website. Customizzare does not collect or store credit card information as all transactions are completed via PayPal. The data collected may include, but is not limited to:

• Delivery and/or billing address

• Telephone number
• Standard web log information for each of its web pages, including IP addresses, URL, and timestamp
• Any other information required to process your order

All personal data is stored on our web hosting server; of which we regularly maintain and keep up to date with the latest security protocols and updates.

Some personal data that is required to be access by the public regularly is stored on our google drive accounts (eg. NFC name card public access data); of which access is restricted to our Data Protection Officer and protected by google authenticator.

Access and Correction of Personal Data
You may make a request in writing via email to access or correct any of your personal data.

There may be associated fees that will be charged for access or correction request; of which you will be quoted before processing the request.

All personal data will be corrected within 30 days upon receiving your written request/payment for correction (whichever occurs later).

Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw your consent in writing via email at any time for Customizzare to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data for any or all the purposes.

Customizzare will to stop collecting, using and/or disclosing your personal data within 30 days upon receiving your written request for withdrawal of consent. Products and services that require Customizzare to use your personal data (eg. NFC name card) will cease to function within 30 days upon your written request for withdrawal consent.

Customizzare may still use and disclose your personal data to comply with any legal obligations; which includes legal, regulatory, governmental, tax and law enforcement authorities.
